"No, sorry, a fetus is not a parasite."

It's just as likely to be ideology as ignorance, although the two go together. That's a standard justification for the pro-abort crowd. Ptui.

It is either profound evil, or willful ignorance. But I repeat myself.

Well, it is after WEREwolf. Which is masculine. A woman would become a WIFwolf. And if you wanted the generic, it would be MANwolf.

As a developing "plotser" boy howdy do I feel the intent here, but my view on most things is um ( shall we say ) outside the norm. In the one story I've written, I knew where I was going with it, didn't know how to ( or even I even if I could ) get it where I intended it to go. The journey made it right next to the destination, because the destination changed in the act of writing it. I guess that makes me a plotser-pantser. Not sure if that makes me unique, but I surmise there's not too many who can change the end, while in the middle, and still be more than happy with the result. But what do I know? I have only written one story.

Practice! You will likely learn that different stories need different things. I’ll never be a pure plotter, but as the years wore on and stories piled up, I’ve learned that sometimes I need to know where I’m going to get there in a reasonable time.

That's the hard part for me. My memory is failing, I have difficulty sitting still (or depression sets in), I have no place of my own to write in other than my car (which I have had things stolen from), and the only feedback I get comes from people who won't give me anything other than "interesting" and/or we are concerned about your mental health so we shouldn't encourage or discourage. Yeesh it's frustrating. Thank you for your input. Now it's up to me to figure out if it's worth my time/effort to keep going with this venture.

"I’m getting somewhere. Don’t know where, yet. I’ll let you know when I’ve arrived."

Yep, me too, but I probably won't let you know when I've arrived as I suspect I won't know. ;-)

Every arrival is merely a waypoint on the journey through life.
