Toast trained me early in her life with us to get up and feed her bright and early. My alarm was going off at 5:30, but by 4:30 I'm dealing with a cat on my head inquiring about her noms. Now? Tux comes at bedtime, looks at me, sighs, goes to lie down in his crate. If I don't get up and go to bed he comes back to stand by me, and repeats this until I finally go to bed. Between the two of them I've finally got a routine!
What's not to love about freedom of choice.? To be regulated by a totalitarian government who says they have your best interests at heart or pets who love you dearly and you can trust?
