New Release: Djinn

A short Scifi romance story

So a friend and I have been talking for months about doing something. Right at the turn of the year, another friend reminded us we hadn’t actually done anything about it, and maybe we should? So, as I write in the foreword, this is Dorothy Grant and CV Walter’s fault. I have taken up the challenge of writing a story, creating a cover, and publishing it, three Tuesdays a month. Oh, and because twisted senses of humor between the lot of us, this is a romance theme, hence ‘Taco Tuesday.’

I have an open penname, Lilania Begley (My middle name, and married surname), where I planned to publish my romantic tales. Being me, and my brand being what it is, these will be mostly what is called ‘sweet’ or ‘clean’ romances, with fade-to-black bedroom scenes (mostly). CV Walter brings the heat in her stories if that’s more your cup of tea.

Djinn is the first of those short stories, and it will cost you less than the price of a candy bar these days (or it’s free if you have Kindle Unlimited).

I had so much fun writing this, and yes, if you have read it already and want to know… if I get good reviews, there will be another story set on Sumire next week. They don’t need to be long reviews, or profound, just letting me know you want more!
