Black radishes are pretty bitey in general. This recipe looks delicious!
I recently discovered that the mustard plant I grew as a experiment with some other mesclun seeds has a tasty root.
No real garden this summer (just the perennial herbs) but I do plan to experiment with using the seeds in pickle recipes, so thank you for yours!
