I’m hopeful I can keep up the momentum! I’m getting into what would be act three if this were a formal three-act structure. In other words, the middle of the book. Always a challenge for me, to keep up the pace and tension, play out the plot fast enough to keep readers interested but not so fast I wind up with a novella. I’m working at adding a lot more sensory details into this book, I think it suits the genre better and I have a bad habit of stripping that out when I’m writing fast.
