The Ink Life
I've been doing Inktober this year. I can't manage it every day, some days are just so busy that I can't even sketch a quick doodle. Others, like yesterday, let me fill pages. One of the things I've discovered and am having fun with, is that my kids appreciate my art. My Otaku Princess requested I do something specific, the Jr Mad Scientist chimed in with her twist on it, and I made it happen. Then last night the Little Man informed me that one of his classmates had requested I draw a penguin, drawing a turtle. Very meta. I'll try. Oh, and it must be in the arctic, and the turtle is supposed to be wearing a hat and scarf. Ooookkkk...
The OP requested snakes in hats. The JMS wanted a viking one with braids!
Simple leaves doodle. Led to an art order from a classmate, so yay!
This is what happens when I'm not really trying to do anything special, and listening to presentations on beetles.
The Librarian.
I will be coloring this one, either digitally or painting. Maybe colored pencils.
