Yep ... I gave up on baking cookies because I ended up eating them faster than I could make more. Not the first time we've heard that ... These are pretty tempting. Sigh
I intend to freeze most of them so they are out of easy reach. I can share with friends at a gathering, or dole them out to myself as a treat. Easier when they are low-carb and therefore on my diet!
I have a friend wanting me to get back into bread baking ... Another bake it/eat it problem. And I found a bakery with loaves made from red fife flour. They since stopped carrying them, but I've found some places on line that will sell the flour. Red fife is an heritage grain originally from (?) Scotland. It's wonderfully nutty and bakes up with a nice crust. Few people seem to have tried it.
Oh wonderful! Now my mouth is watering and my stomach rumbling. Cranberry, orange and chocolate. What's not to love!
